Improving the B2B ordering process

The diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of goods ordering process through the wholesale system in a small company dealing with import of household products and gift items from Asian countries. Diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part serves as an introduction to business processes, information systems and change management. The second part consists of an analysis of the internal environment of the company, a B2B ordering process analysis and a research on requirements for an improved version of the wholesale system. The third part is devoted to a proposal of the ordering process improvement and suggestion of a new version of the wholesale system based on the identified requirements of the process and stakeholders.

Bachelor thesis deals with the theme of corporate social responsibility organizations, its classification and assessment tools. In the theoretical section explains the basic concepts related to the theme of corporate social responsibility and the ways of their evaluation. In the practical part are made internal and external analysis, on the basis of which it is created, by using the SWOT analysis, the proposal for the strengthening and extension of CSR activities. In conclusion is transferred their economic evaluation.
A development of traditional sports non-government organization: Sokol club Písek and its stakeholders

Sokol, as one of the traditional mass special - interest organizations in the Czech republic relates on the tradition from the point of its foundation in 1862. Despite the fact that this organization proved to overcome several prohibitions its activities and to re-established, the modern period and its life style could be fatal for it. Especially the traditional program - universality is not as popular as so - called special sports among public neither donors. Because of that the thesis describes an attitude of selected groups of Sokol club's Písek stakeholders, and its opinions about the universality, the reference to a community, the strenght of communication, the real and potencial Sokol's benefit for a community, etc. The output of the thesis is proposing of the strategy for the work with particular members of community.

The bachelor thesis deals with corporate social responsibility. The aim is to create recommendations for development of socially responsible activities in e-shop with cosmetic products Notino. The literary research describes the concept of social responsibility and terms related to it. The second part is focused on the analysis of corporate social responsibility in Notino, which is based on available information and information acquired in the qualitative interviews. The specific activities leading to development of social responsibility are created with the help of information acquired from analysis and the results of questionnaires.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the level of utilization and the subsequent comparison of the concept of social responsible business in slovak Telekom and czech O2. The key to the evaluation was the comparison of the CSR activities used by both operators, which were surveyed from publicly available annual reports. Based on a comparison of these activities, it is clear that for both operators, the level of use of the principles of social responsible business is at a very comparable level. In each of the three pillars, there were minimal differences between the level of utilization of both operators. In there commendations, possible social responsible activities were proposed to broaden the activities of mobile phone operators and the benefits of CSR activities were evaluated.

The goal of own work is to analyse the cur-rent situation of corporate social responsibility and then suggest socially respon-sible activities.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the application of the CSR concept in a selected company. This company is dealing with the production of personal, cargo and industrial tires in Otrokovice. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the definition of social responsibility, the three pillars of CSR, the characteristics of social responsibility, history and important representatives, organizations supporting the application of CSR, norms which are the responsibility of social responsibility, advantages and disadvantages of CSR, CSR evaluation and reporting. There is a evaluation of current status based on the theoretical part and final recommendations for the management and personnel department of the company are formulated. Implementation of CSR is at a high level in Continental Barum s.r.o. The recommendations are in the context of greater involvement in the development of the region.
Coollaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination

The aim of the thesis Collaboration of Stakeholders in a Tourism Destination is to evaluate the level and intensity of cooperation in tourism in the South Bohemian Region from the perspective of key stakeholders in the destination, including the management and development relationship of tourism in the destination. In the first part of the research, the information concerning the destination management and marketing, the stakeholders and their cooperation was obtained with the help of secondary data. For the collection of secondary data, printed literature and websites were mainly used in connection with the selected tourism destination - the South Bohemian Region. Based on the findings from the literature and other secondary sources, the collection of primary data was planned in the form of a questionnaire survey. It has become clear that the destination marketing organizations, which best meet the attributes of power, legitimacy and urgency, are the key stakeholder. According to the research, it was found out that the cooperation between the public and private sectors is significantly inadequate. There are several major obstacles that prevent effective cooperation among the particular stakeholders. To improve the cooperation, it is necessary to streamline the communication between the organizations and other stakeholders and to plan a project within the tourism industry, which will help with the cooperation among as many stakeholders as possible.

This thesis disserts on the application of the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in chosen construction company. The first part of the thesis starts with the evaluation of current trends and attitudes to social responsibility; it characterizes the CSR concept, its historical evolution, supporting organizations, standards in this field, its advantages and criticism and basics of reporting. Following the use of theoretical knowledge is performed an analysis of existing social responsible activities, of which is company is engaged. It evaluates the actual status and formulating recommendations for top management of company. On the basis of activities performed, there is defined potential gain for the regions sustainable development.
